As Esisan Machine Cooling Engineering, we regard the Occupational Health and Safety approach as a fundamental area of corporate responsibility throughout all production, shipment, field applications, technical service and operation processes. Protecting the safety of our employees, business partners, customers and all stakeholders we interact with in the field is an integral part of our service quality. In this direction, we base our practices on strengthening a safe working culture in our working environments. In order to identify risks that may arise within the scope of our areas of activity in advance, we conduct process-based assessments and implement preventive measures on topics such as safe use of work equipment, field layout, loading-shipment discipline and operation control. In production and technical application areas, we aim at the continuity of a safe working environment through regular inspections, careful planning and responsibility-focused work flow.

We believe that OHS awareness can only be sustained through corporate culture, not just procedures; therefore, we attach importance to awareness-raising, guidance and development-focused practices that increase the awareness of our employees. With our approach that supports safe behavior habits, we aim to prevent work accidents, reduce operational risks and strengthen field discipline.
